These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for all GO‑CA‑TION™ Life Partners. By applying or participating as a sponsor, you agree to the following:
1. Creative Control
GO‑CA‑TION™ maintains full creative control over all content, including video production, editing, storytelling, and placement of sponsor mentions.
2. Authentic Promotion
We only promote products, services, or brands that align with our values, audience interests, and content style. Acceptance into the program does not guarantee positive reviews or endorsements.
3. Brand Alignment
Sponsors must align with one or more of our core content areas: Travel, Vintage & Antiquing, DIY & Projects, or Calm Adventure.
4. Transparency & Disclosure
All sponsored content will be clearly disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.
5. Sponsorship Tiers
Benefits vary by tier and are fulfilled within the agreed scope.
6. Payment & Commitment
Sponsorship fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
7. Product Samples
Samples do not guarantee sponsorship approval.
8. Termination
GO‑CA‑TION™ may terminate partnerships for unethical behavior or misalignment.
9. Content Usage
